Here's a piece I did for Spanish airline Vueling's inflight magazine 'Ling'. The article was about the boom in spinach’s popularity between the two world wars. Parents stuffed their children with the leafy vegetable, because of a recording that Popeye latched onto, that suggested Spinach had an extremely high iron content.
